The Situation

A leading German retailer offers over 1 million members exclusive pricing on top fashion apparel, cosmetics, activewear, travel and household brands. Wanting to drive loyalty and improve CX this retailer looked to userwerk to provide relevant gift offers on their thank you page from both internal and external inventory.

What we did

Within a week, the retailer had our integration up and running. Customers received relevant gift offers post purchase. To generate an increase of 4 % in net profit over the first year, we served up 2.8 M gift impressions reaching a max conversion rate of 30 %. The userwerk solution is used for up- and cross selling offers in the online shop and the mobile apps. All of this ancillary revenue was created at no additional cost to the retailer.
