How to run a successful checkout-marketing

Together with our shop partners, we offer product providers a monthly reach of 15 million impressions. These generate around 200,000 leads and new customers per month for our brand partners (product providers).

Hänjes: Subscriptions doubled, costs reduced

Checkout-marketing exceeded all expectations for our product provider HÄNJES. The dialogue marketing agency for publishers, which works with over 90% of all German daily newspapers, was able to more than double its orders thanks to its cooperation with us. The conversion rate for subscription offers is 30%. This makes checkout-marketing one of the three most important subscription access channels. At the same time, advertising costs are lower than those of traditional channels such as stand advertising and distribution campaigns. Another advantage is that the publisher-specific subscription import template reduces the address data capture time per subscription by 75% compared to other ordering methods (e.g., flyers or telephone).

GEFRO receives several thousand leads per month

We have been supporting the Allgäu-based family business for many years in acquiring new customers and generate several thousand leads every month. GEFRO’s free sample packs containing high-quality soups, sauces, and seasonings are gratefully received as a thank-you gift, with a view-to-lead rate of 40%. With our AI-based software, we can optimally tailor offers to the target group and exclude customers who have already ordered a sample package. The traditional company GEFRO has been offering products for nutrition-conscious consumers since 1924, most of which are purely plant-based and therefore particularly digestible.

Frankonia has doubled shop monetization

Europe’s leading hunting equipment supplier Frankonia switched from another checkout-marketing provider to us – and was able to double its shop monetization as a result. We achieved this goal quality over quantity: redesigning the thank-you page in Frankonia’s corporate design with a reduced but precisely tailored product range for the target group was a complete success. At the same time, the product providers we acquired specifically for this purpose – such as suppliers of high-quality dog food samples or trial subscriptions to leading hunting magazines – benefited from the leads generated. We responded to Frankonia’s desire for greater transparency with a custom-designed KPI dashboard.

Christmas campaign celebrates 270% increase

We implemented an extremely successful Christmas campaign with the leading developer and provider of premium audio content. During Advent, shoppers at our shop partners were able to secure a highly attractive bundle consisting of a 90-day free trial and three audiobooks. As a result of this Christmas campaign, Audible exceeded its strongest month of the year by an impressive 270%. 28.5% of all new customers that userwerk generated for Audible throughout the year were acquired during the campaign period itself. The click-through rate was also impressive at around 2%. Compared to the regular annual campaigns, the Christmas campaign performed 700 to 900% better.
